The SOC consists of GIAC Certified Intrusion Analysts to monitor customer networks, and providing Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) monitoring services. In addition to on-site support, Applied Watch Technologies offers a 24x7x365 toll free hotline that customers can call and receive immediate support in the event of an appliance or software outage.

Applied Watch includes a regular preventative maintenance plan that is included in all contracts awarded. This schedule is fully customizable and can be adjusted to work within your current maintenance schedule.
